  • Handled a Case of Inadequate FIR Issuance: Noticed that the FIR issued by the police charged a lesser offense than what was committed. Represented the victim by filing a petition under Section 210 of the CPC, challenging the police's improper action and seeking appropriate judicial procedure.

  •  Argument on Improperly Stamped Promissory Note: Successfully argued against the court's decision to send an improperly stamped promissory note for impounding under the Stamp Act, demonstrating that such action was not warranted by law.

  •  Filed Counterclaim in Property Dispute: In a suit for declaration, identified that the defendant had an independent claim over the plaintiff’s property and strategically filed a counterclaim petition to assert the defendant's rights.

  •  Secured Ruling on Maintenance Rights: Achieved a favorable ruling from the Honorable Family Court, which confirmed that a wife has the right to maintenance and can also secure a charge over her husband’s properties, as raised in our petition.
